Yoga Open and Private Class : YOC

There are Open classes available on all weekdays in Morning and Evening. It may be in same class / course going on those days also. There may not be gradual progressions of Content as per your own personal need and time. You are advised to take personal class which will be specifically designed for you as per your previous experience, body type, age, any problems etc. You can join in any day for it and can take as many sessions as you want however if you have enough time it is always advisable if you join a course as it will give you step by step information and content.

Yoga beginners/ iniation Course : YBC

This is the basic course for the people who have heard about the Yoga but never practices anytime. It is good for the people of any age from 8 - 80 years as there is no late for any learning. It consists of basic yoga postures, basic yogic kriyas, basic techniques of Pranayama (Breathing), Basic meditation techniques and basic relaxation technique with one type of yoga cleansing process. There are 12 sessions of yoga in this course. Total 6 sessions shall be in morning and 6 in the evening. Morning class is for 90 minutes and evening class is for 60 minutes each. The course content base is Hatha / Astanga style of Yoga.

Yoga Integrated Course : YIC

This course emphasis on all aspects of Yoga. It is recommended for those people who have done yoga but want to intense there practice. They have done yoga before but Off and On. There are more practice of Postures, Pranayama, meditations, Mudras, Shatkarma kriyas (Six process of cleansing ), Bandhas and relaxation technics. There are 2 classes per day for 2 weeks. Morning class is for 90 minutes and evening class is for 60 minutes. The course content base is Hatha / Astanga style of Yoga.

Yoga therapy Course : YTC

This course is designed on the basis of our practical experienced with many thousand people who joined our Yoga treatment camps around the country and also at our ashram in last 10 + years. Yogic exercises and procedures are very effective in maintaining our health and also good to remove stiffness from the body. It makes our body more flexible and vital. So specific yogic kriyas (postures, breathing, meditations and cleansing techniques) are used to treat for specific ailments. Many diseases can be completely treated by these methods. It can also be combined with other therapies. Yoga therapy can be used in combination with Naturopathy, Acupressure, Ayurveda, Reiki or even with modern medicines and other therapies like Homeopathy, Unani or Siddha etc.

This course is good for the people who are practicing yoga from few years and qualified the Yoga teacher training programs. This course is offered as a separate course and as well as a part of Our Yoga Mastership Teacher Training Program also. There are 12 sessions of 60 minutes each when it is taken as a separate course. The people who are looking to be a Yoga Therapist, it is good course for them. It is very special course for Yoga learner and teachers, physiotherapists, doctors, healers, ayurveda therapists/ doctors, healers, naturopath etc.

Yoga teacher training Course : YTTC

There are teacher training Courses for those who want to start teaching this age old Indian wisdom to others. As a teacher one should know the various aspects of Yoga, various types of Yoga, method of instructions and correction, anatomical and physiological aspects of Yoga ( all streams) etc. The people who are practicing yoga from few years or feel that they are ready to teach others, they can join this course. The main emphasis in this course is the instructions for learners. One take classes practically in this course and do presentations. There are 3 courses under this program.

Hatha / Astanga Yoga Teacher Training Course : HAYTTC

There are 90 minutes classes in Morning for Postures and 60 minutes classes for 4 weeks. First 2 weeks there will be personal practice of Yoga. Last 2 weeks there shall be method of instruction, correction, shatkarma kriyas, and practical sessions of taking classes. It is 120 Hours TTC program where there is 60 hours of contact classes and 60 hours are self-study and practice.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course: KYTTC

Kundalini Yoga is for self-development on spiritual path. It is a sensitive form of Yoga to practice and teach. It works more for chakra system of the body and to awake our hidden serpentine Kundalini energy. It is recommended to take only once you are ready for it. For this we do Kundalini assessment and then decide if you are ready for this course or what ? It is good if you are doing any form of Yoga ( Hatha/ Astanga/Bikram/ Iyenger / Astanga – Vinyasa or Kundalini Yoga etc ) before and then come for this course However you can directly take this course based on our assessment as we give enough time to self-practice.

There are 90 minutes morning and evening classes for 4 weeks. There are specific postures, specific pranayama, specific meditation and specific mantra chanting for each chakra. First 2 week there will be your self – practice of Normal postures/ Pranayama / Meditations etc and then specific program will start to practice Kundalini energy. It is 150 Hour TTC program where there is 75 hours of contact classes and 75 hours are self-study and practice. An ayurveda detoxification program for minimum 2 – 3 week is strongly recommended with this course so person can feel the effect of Kundalini energy effect.

Yoga Mastership Teacher Training Course : YMC

It is an intensive course of Yoga for 4 weeks having 3 classes per day. There are one class in morning and one class after breakfast and one in evening. The Morning and evening classes covers mostly the details of Postures, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Shatkarmas at a advance levels. The day class will cover the various philosophical aspects of Yoga. There will be discussions, lecturers and discourses on various aspects of related holistic field of Yoga. This course gives in depth knowledge of various forms of Yoga like Astanga, Raja, Hatha, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Tantra, Laya, Rag, Nad and Kriya and Bhakti form etc. It is also covering therapeutic aspects of yoga with instructions, alignment, teaching in personal and group classes, pre/post Natal Yoga and Yoga for kids etc various aspects of Yoga. It is our most popular program of TTC. It is 200 Hour program, where there is 100 hours of contact classes and 100 hours are self-study and practice.

Pranayam Course

There are Basic and comprehensive courses of Pranayama. It is recommended for those who do not know about breathing exercise of yoga, who have less practice of breathing, who do more practice of postures. There are very light basic postures and more of breathing exercises. The details of the courses are as follows: -

Pranayama Basic Course: PBC

You learn the basic Pranayama (breathing) technics in this course. It is good for the people who have done / learned postures but are not aware about Pranayama. It is also good for all people of any age with any kind of problems as Pranyam has very great therapeutic effects of our body. People who cannot do postures due to any reason can also do Pranayama and get benefitted by it. This course has 4 classes of 60 minutes each in this course. You can either take it in morning or evening as per our schedule going on at the time of joining.

Pranayama Comprehensive Course: PCC

This course offers more technics of Pranayama with advance technics. You can take this course in addition of above course also if you want to learn more or practicing Pranayama before. It is not for therapeutic effects but for developing your stamina and more on spiritual path. It is essential for People who want to practice Kundalini, tantra form of yoga etc. There are 6 classes of 60 minutes each in this course. You can either take it in morning or evening as per our schedule going on at the time of joining.

Meditation Course

There are basic and various kinds meditation courses. It is good for those who know and practice more postures, little breathing and no/ less meditation. There are basic exercises like pre meditative postures, pre meditative pranayama and more meditation techniques. This course is good for the People who are stressed, not able to focus/concentrate even after practicing various forms of Yoga can take this course. You will learn/ practice few types of meditation technics in this course.

Meditation Basic Course: MBC

  • There are 3 classes of 60 minutes each. You learn 3/4 technics in this course.
  • Meditation Comprehensive Course: MCC.
  • There are 6 classes of 60 minutes each. You will learn few more technics in this course. We may also recommend you specific type of meditation as per your requirements.

Kundalini Yoga Course

It is specialize course for the aspirants who want to develop there inner sleeping serpentine power known as Kundalini in the language of Yoga. The people who are new to Yoga can also take this course directly without any previous experience of any other forms of Yoga. It is also good for the people who practice various other forms of Yoga. It is based on various chakras of the body. There are specific postures, specific pranayam, specific meditation and specific mantra chanting for each chakra.

Kundalini Yoga Basic Course: KYBC

  • There are 6 classes of 90 minutes each in basic level. It gives primary information to you about Kundalini Yoga.
  • Kundalini Yoga Intermediate Course: KYIC. There are 6 classes of 90 minutes in morning and 60 minutes in evening in Intermediate level Course.
  • It prepares you for more practice and gives understanding of various aspects of Kundalini Yoga.

Tantra Yoga Course

Tantra means Tan (Body) + tra (extension) = Extension of body which means when we extend the capacity of the body then we can experience the ultimate satvic joy. This can be achieved by the western method of Tantra practices where one indulge him/herself in more and more sexual pleasure and then come out from it and practice it for his/her spiritual upliftment. This is also the right path which supports our 4 ashram system of ancient India and in a manner of present India/world system also. Where first 25 years are for study then 25 years for married life and then 25 years of family/religious life and then leave the home till the death and do spiritual practices. So due to this reason YOGA remains only for the elderly people only mostly for sages, saint and babas till last 50 years when they start opening up of it to the world and various forms of yoga developed in this ways now.

Now in the eastern practices ways Lord Shiva has shown the path by connecting male and female power together. If you had been to SHIVA temple and you may have seen Shiva Lingam (The penis) and downside is a shape of vagina. So you can understand that Hindu mythology and philosophy is so rich that it depicts about the male and female power together. People from different countries are having different thought and concepts about it. It is also a form of eternal love that you are together in very intimate posture but not making love and chanting mantras, doing breathings and feeling energies. This experience can not be explained in words. This is advance of Kundalini Yoga where we also practice the awakening/ energizing Mantra for each chakras. There are 2 courses of tantra yoga:-

  • Tantra Yoga Basic Course: TYBC
    There are 6 classes of 90 minutes each in basic level. It gives primary information to you about Tantra Yoga. You can do it alone also.

  • Tantra Yoga Advance Course: TYAC
    There are 6 classes of 90 minutes in morning and 60 minutes in evening in this Course. It can be done with a partner of opposite sex so you do all practices of Postures, breathing, chanting, meditations, activation mantra together. Please note both partner should have same purpose and on same platform physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to achieve something from it.

Various Types of yoga

In today world there are many forms of Yoga are being practiced. Many people have confusions about it and may not have the basic difference between them. You can practice any form of yoga but your concepts should be clear about that. If you are a yoga practitioner or a teacher or aspirants of yoga you should know the similarities and difference in various forms of yoga. Here is a brief description about that : -

We can divide various forms of yoga in 2 forms

  • Classical form of Yoga
    The yoga which are being taught and practiced in their classical form are known as classical form of yoga. Astanga, Raja, Hatha, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Tantra, Laya, Rag, Nad and Kriya and Bhakti form etc come in this category. Please note that these forms of Yoga are complete in themselves as they cover all aspects of YOGA.
    We teach and practice Classical form of Yoga at our place.

  • New age form of Yoga
    Many great Yoga masters, gurus found that it is not easy for people to practice classical form of Yoga so they have developed new format for teaching and practicing form of yoga. Iyenger Yoga developed by Mr. B.K.S. Iyenger, Bikram Yoga by Mr. Bikram Chaudhary, Astanga Vinyasa yoga by Mr. Pattabhi jois are few modern age Yoga also popular worldwide. Besides this there are many number of other fancy name of Yoga are popular worldwide but they are based on more marketing purpose or to give its own identity.

    Please note they are not complete in their own format if not combined with other aspects of Yoga. They emphasis more on physical aspects of Yoga (postures). We DO NOT teach/ practice above form of Yoga at our place.

Yoga Camps

Yoga Treatment Camps for general public and large groups

Bharat Heritage Services organizes Yoga Treatment and Yoga Sadhna Camps in association with different organizers. BHS is organizing yoga camps around the country for general public. The group of people may range from 50 to 300 or more as per the demand. We give complete guidelines to organize a camp about arrangements, publicity, registrations, material etc. These organizers are some trusts, foundations, societies or some prominent people of the community. Some offer free camps to general public and do arrangements from there own efforts and money while some charge an amount to facilitate the expenses of the program. Some part of the charges they use for there own social cause and some goes in arrangements and some they pay to BHS and its team. Yoga Therapy Programs

Special package Programs for various ailments and diseases. As per the basis of our experience BHS had made special packages for various ailments i.e. High / Low B.P., Diabetes, Body Pains, Arthritis, Asthma, Skin Diseases, Psoriasis, Sinusitis, Asthma, Insomnia, Obesity etc. Theses programs are designed as per the individual’s requirements after checking or meeting them physically.
