Traditional Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Course (HAYTTC)
200-hour program with 100 hours of contact classes and 100 hours of self-study and practice. Covers various forms of Yoga like Ashtanga, Raja, Hatha, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Tantra, Laya, Rag, Nad and Kriya and Bhakti forms.
First 3 weeks focus on personal practice and learning various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques. The final week covers methods of instruction, alignment, correction, shatkarma kriyas, and practical teaching sessions.

Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course (KYTTC)
200-hour program focusing on awakening the hidden serpentine Kundalini energy. Includes assessment test to determine readiness. Covers specific postures, pranayama, meditation and mantra chanting for each chakra.
First 2 weeks focus on self-practice of normal postures, pranayama and meditations. The final 2 weeks introduce specific practices for awakening Kundalini energy. Includes 100 hours of contact classes and 100 hours of self-study.
Note: An Ayurveda detoxification program for minimum 2 weeks is strongly recommended with this course to better feel the Kundalini energy effects.

Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga Mastership Teacher Training Course (YMC)
300-hour intensive program combining TTC and Yoga Therapy. Our most popular program covering advanced postures, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, shatkarmas, and therapeutic aspects of yoga.
First 4 weeks include morning and evening classes covering advanced techniques and a midday class on philosophical aspects. The final 2 weeks focus on therapeutic applications, including pre/post natal yoga and yoga for kids.
Includes 150 hours of contact classes and 150 hours of self-study and practice.
