It is a unique program of “Pulse diagnosis” which is used to determine the individual’s constitutions & imbalances of Body & Mind. Our food habits, daily routines, climatic variations etc. can cause the accumulation of toxins inside the body that can lead to the imbalance of the Tri Doshas. In addition to the body’s natural mechanism to get rid of these toxins, this Body Purification Therapy is for purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of Vata, Pita and Kapha based on the Snehankarma, Swedanakarma and Panchakarma treatments. The 15 day package process includes various types of body massages, Deepam Pachan / Snehapanam, Nasyam, Virechanam (Medicated purgative). Ayurveda Panchkarma for Ailment Healing Programs : APAHP

This ayurveda program will make changes in your body and mind. Body takes its time to heal which depends on the response of the body and the program and method of treatments. You shall also be suggested for necessary lifestyle changes and diet plan for this program. Specific designed yoga class for your specific problems (when required) are the integrated part of this program. You can practice and learn this with us and then follow later after going back to your home. It is a rejuvenation program designed for particular ailments, which takes out the accumulated toxins from the body. It accelerates the regenerative changes in the body and slows down the degenerative changes. This program will take every day one hour personalized Yoga class and about 2 hour of therapies. So you will be busy in first half of the day. Then you can have specifically designed food (Simple vegetarian north Indian food) and take rest. You can do your own activity and have leisure time in afternoon till evening. You can also take evening Pranayam – Meditation – Relaxation class which will help to give more profound results.
