Yes, Bharat Heritage Services offers Yoga teacher training since 2006 and started first time at Rishikesh.

Yoga Retreat Program includes daily Yoga – Asan – Pranayama – Meditations – Philosophy Classes with some cleansing technics. Yogic food is served during this period. We encourage all to spend some time for self-discovery and self-practice. This way they can take back something with them after the retreat. They can also spend time in Nature with Ganga Side walk and take part in daily rituals such as Ganga Ceremony etc.

It is a basic course of Day to Day Hindi conversations for non Hindi speakers. English is the basic language to be known for this course. This course may not be suitable for Non – Hindi Speakers from India or non English speakers as the course is taught from English to Hindi. This course has 2 hour classes 3 times a week for 4 weeks.

It takes about 30 minutes for one session, when given partially. For course it is 6 sessions of 60 + minutes each for one person.
