Yoga Retreats for Groups in Nature

BHS organizes the Yoga retreat programs in nature bounty. These programs can be organized in and around some natural places. Presently we organize such programs in and around Rishikesh and Garhwal area. These programs can also be organized in other places having natural beauty. On special requests such programs can also be organized outside the country.

There are full day programs having 4 sessions per day. Morning and evening will be postures, pranayama and meditations. In day time there will be lectures on various philosophical topics and afternoon question-answer sessions. This program is offered for one week. Yogic food will be served during the retreat.

Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat Programs

BHS organizes the Yoga-Ayurveda retreat programs in ashram environment. Presently we organize such programs in and around Rishikesh. These programs can also be organized in other places having natural beauty. On special requests such programs can also be organized outside the country.

There are full day programs having 3 sessions per day. Morning and evening will be postures, pranayama and meditations etc. In day time there will be ayurveda therapies or treatments as per designed for individual's needs. People can take Ayurveda Panchkarma therapies for rejuvenation or ailment healing.

This Program is offered for 10-14 days. Ayurveda food will be served during this program.

Yoga & Naturopathy Retreat Programs

BHS organizes the Yoga-Naturopathy retreat programs in ashram environment. Presently we organize such programs in and around Rishikesh. These programs can also be organized in other places having natural beauty. On special requests such programs can also be organized outside the country.

There are full day programs having 3 sessions per day. Morning and evening will be postures, pranayama and meditations etc. In day time there will be Naturopathy detoxification therapies or treatments as per designed for individual's needs. In this method all natural products are used. The use of water, mud is being done in this program.
