200-hour program with 100 hours of contact classes and 100 hours of self-study and practice. Covers various forms of Yoga like Ashtanga, Raja, Hatha, Karma, Kundalini, Mantra, Tantra, Laya, Rag, Nad and Kriya and Bhakti forms.

First 2 weeks focus on self-practice of normal postures, pranayama and meditations. The final 2 weeks introduce specific practices for awakening Kundalini energy. Includes 100 hours of contact classes and 100 hours of self-study.
Note: An Ayurveda detoxification program for minimum 2 weeks is strongly recommended with this course to better feel the Kundalini energy effects.
